Deacon Walter H. Johns a resident of 274 Ravine St., passed away August 15, 2009.

He was a member of Sweetfield Baptist Church, 1365 Harrison St., Rev. Dr. R. R. Russ, Pastor.

Survivors include: 4 daughters; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
