To Lois and the rest of the Taylor family, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time of bereavement. I first met Oscar while I was working as a police officer in Tampa, when he and a host of friends travel here for the annual Florida Classic.

Oscar had an electrifying personality that was transferred to everyone he met. My only regret is that I found out to late to pay my final respects to a man and his family whom over the years I've grown to love and respect.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. May God's love comfort and keep you through this very difficult period in your life. A man like Oscar can only be remembered NEVER replaced. I will always value his friendship, words of wisdom, and most of all his words of encouragement during some very difficult times in my life.
