Mr. Norman Adams Jr. was born December 6, 1925 in Orangeburg, S.C. to Lelia and Norman Adams Sr. He departed this life on Sunday, December 27, 2009.

Norman affectionately known as Saul or Bill was an only child. Norman served in the United States Navy and was a retired Bricklayer. He was awarded several honors while in the Navy including the World War II Victory Medal. He was a kind and caring husband and father. He was always willing to help anyone who needed help. He had a quiet and gentle spirit.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Bryant; daughter, Norma and grandson, Tony.

He leaves to cherish fond memories: a devoted wife, Lillie; two devoted daughters, Sharon Banks (Ron) of Dallas, TX and Pamela Smith; three sisters-in-law, Earline Spigner, Joyce Archie and Carolyn Mack all from Orangburg, SC; grandchildren, Necole, Chance, Devin and Danika; other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
