Mrs.
Margaret M. Edwards is resting in peace with our Lord, Jesus Christ. She
accepted Christ as her Lord and savior.
Margaret Edwards graduated from Stanton High School and attended Edward Waters College. She was married to Daniel Edwards for 56 years, having 8 children; Daniel Edwards, Jr., Carol Edwards-Betha, Tommy Edwards,Sr., Roger Edwards, Sherry Edwards-Walker, Glen Edwards, Gregory Edwards,Sr., and Jimmy Edwards Sr.; sons and daughters-in-law, Barbara Edwards, Frank Betha, Yvonne Edwards, Jeff Walker, Beverly Edwards, Kim Edwards and Felicia Edwards; 15 grandchildren, Ricky Betha, Keisha Edwards, Traci Edwards, Kevin Edward, Rena Betha-Roberts, Shawn Edwards, Terrance Walker, Traylonda Walker, Charles Taylor, Autumn Edwards, Tommy Edwards,Jr., Tonea Edwards, Chelsea Edwards, Gregory Edwards,Jr., and Jimmy Edwards,Jr., and 16 great-grandchildren. Margaret will also be missed by her sister, Thelma Clark and her brothers, Clifford Dixon, Richard Dixon, Lloyd Dixon, other relatives and friends.
Margaret was a mother and a friend to many people in the community and blessed with God's love and wisdom to empower her family. May God continue to bless the Edwards family with his Wonders and Love because we are thankful to have had such a special wife and mother in our life.
