Mrs. Lettie Brown was born February 9, 1917, in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Charlie and Rosa Williams. She received her education in the public schools. She was a faithful member of Greater Macedonia Baptist Church until her health began to fail, Dr. Landon L. Williams, Sr., Pastor.

She was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Eva Brown.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Leroy (Estelle) Brown, Jean Ann Williams, Alvin Brown, Alice (Eddie) Brown, Gloria J. Brown, Barbara, 'dedicated caregiver', (Willie) Haywood, Donna (Thomas) Green, Reginald L. Brown, Marylynn Bogins, Morris (Anya) Brown; loving sister, Ella Blanche Grant; 28 grandchildren( special granddaughter, Carl Jean Mathis); 39 great grandchildren; 18 great -great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives, devoted niece, Valarie Johnson.
