David Lee Rainge, Sr.,81, was born in Hortense, Georgia on April 25, 1926 to John Henry  and Aletha Burgess Rainge. A lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on November 08, 2007.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Walter, Willie, Luther , Helen and one step-child, Sheree.  Leaving behind to mourn his homegoing; David, Jr., (Dionne), Micheal, Sr. (Torra) and Cheryl (Vernon); stepchildren, Cynthia, Alexis, Phyllis and Karen McClain; brothers, Daniel of  Nahunta, GA. and Jimmie of  Orlando, FL; mother-in-law, Willie Mae Jones; sister-in-law, Janice White;  grandchildren, Renata, Breon, Micheal, Jr., Kennisha, Tanisha, Claudia, Detrick and Cameron; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and caring friends.
