Mitchell Williams made is transition on (Wednesday) November 5, 2008 at Morris
Hospice Center in Jacksonville, FL.
Bruce was born in Richmond County on June 16, 1937, and was educated in the Richmond County school system. He later was joined in holy matrimony to Ethel J. Kearse. After living in Augusta, he relocated to Jacksonville, FL., where he retired from Bolles School as a maintenance engineer.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife, Ethel J. Williams; Four daughters, Gail (Eugene ) Telfair, Sr; Sharon (Thomas) Kelly: Linda Evans; Janice( Timothy) White; Mother-in-law, Willene Jones: Sister-in-law, Mary McGhee;brother-in-law Willie (Susie) Kearse all of Augusta, GA. 9 Grandchildren; Antoney (Kamekia ) Williams; Eugene (Stephanie) Telfair, Jr., Gina Telfair, Gail Telfair, Geonne Telfair, Gelissa Telfair, Ryon Evans, Marcus Evans and Kendra Evans, all of Augusta, GA 5 Great-grandchildren ; Keontae Williams, Gevonn Telfair, Gabrielle Telfair, Giselle Greene, and Gemiyah Moore., all of Augusta GA. Special friends, Elijah Watts and Clementine Fredricks of Jacksonville, FL. and a host of relatives and friends.
