Bertha
Hollis, age 96, departed this life on Monday, October 15, 2007. She was born to
George and Nancy Nelms on May 2, 1911 in Thomasville, Georgia. She was of
Baptist faith.
She is survived by: loving niece and caregiver, Mrs. Margaret Dixon (Hosea Sr.); nephews, Rev. Curtis Nelms, Mr. Warren Nelms (Wanda), Mr. Levion Nelms; nieces, Mrs. Ethel Sapp (Dea. James Sapp Sr.), Mrs. Annie Ruth Williams, Mrs. Verlene Mikell; sister-in-law, Mrs. Catherine Nelms, a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
